I believe the European Guideline Project on Otology and Neurotology that has been initiated 3 years ago is probably the most important one for several reasons;
We want to provide our patients with the best evidence based treatment,
Because we need to share the same language when we are doing the clinical research,
And third the last but not the least, for medico legal issues.
I am very proud to belong to EAONO because we have started for the first time our guidelines.
